FOUND! Kayla Unbehaun. In 2017, Kayla was visiting her mother in Wheaton, Illinois. The next day her father went to pick her up, he has full custody, but the mother and Kayla weren’t there. 5 years later, in 2022 Netflix featured an episode that contained an age progression photo of Kayla. In 2023, a store owner in Asheville, NC spotted a teenager that matched the image, called the police. They discovered it was Kayla and she was reunited with her father and her mother was arrested.

Thank you ❤️ yes it’s hard when kids get stuck in the middle of a custody dispute. Thankfully she is home safe ❤️❤️

Love this look Joanne!!! The delicate pattern of that bedding is a great contrast to the bold walls!!! Beautiful design!!! So glad Kayla was returned home but it’s very sad when parents put their children in the middle of custody battles….🥲🥲🥲🥲
