Day 29 of 30:Gaffney, South Carolina: On April 16th, 2024, Kearse had been missing since early Tuesday morning.
Authorities said he went walking that day with his chihuahua to go fishing and then disappeared.
Deputies learned that Kearse had a tracheotomy and uses a voice box amplifier, which added to his health concerns when he was first reported missing.
On Thursday, 2 people in the neighborhood were looking for Kearse when they found a fishing tackle box.
They called law enforcement, who responded to search the area with canines and drones.
Kearse was found stuck in a barbed wire fence with his dog faithfully by his side. He was severely dehydrated and airlifted to the hospital.

So glad he was found!!! It’s scary how quickly an accident can happen especially as we get older!! I love that his sweet dog stayed with him… animals are so loving and loyal. Thank you for doing this challenge my friend!! It has been an emotional journey and challenging but also a great experience!!! Big hugs to you!!!!💕💕💕💕💕

Stay busy and just because they were the souls that you were placed/born with....does not mean you have to be like them. It's their loss and your gain! You have your freedom, your integrity, your compassion, forgiveness and all other good human traits that they have forfeited by pushing you aside. Believe me, you are meant to live your life with other people, some you may know, some you haven't met yet. Families can bring immense happiness or terrible heartbreak! Even family can be toxic.

I am sorry to hear that but I have seen parents hurt their own children over beliefs or other idiotic nonsense. You are not alone. Just as many people are estranged from one or both parents as kids who have warm appreciative parents. Continue to do what makes you happy and if seeing your parents secretly makes you happy, do it! The only person you have to please in this life is yourself without becoming selfish or self centered. Be kind. Do what ever makes your heart sing! It's their loss.
