Situated in the leafy suburbs of London you will find this property .. low compact single storey dwelling of interconnected rooms most of which have access to a central glassed roof courtyard This is the home to three generations, young footballer Alex his ex model wife Tara their 10 month old son Bertie and in the converted garage area there lives Bobby father of Alex and at 54 something of a local playboy. Their aim was to have a high impact comfortable home to impress friends and family,... lets see if they succeeded.Floor Plan 366.74㎡
The rooms wrap around the white central courtyard style room. It is possible to walk from one room to the other, with the occupants permission. To the left of the hallway is the master bedroom and nursey, to the right the kitchen and living room, whilst the area at the rear is the garage conversion.

The master bedroom is a neutral room of soft tones and has been furnished with several acrylic items. The owners love this'' barely there'' material and have used it for many items throughout their home.
The coloured glass wardrobe is a great backdrop to these chairs.
The ceiling is acrylic and picks up the colours in the table and bed trim. Very sheer drapes echo the transparency of the furnishings.
Behind the bed a textured artwork adds interest and a narrow fireplace with brass frontage adds a cosy touch for those chilly London nights.
Love this sculptural looking tree.....almost a living artwork.
This large room is serene and uncluttered... the perfect atmosphere to unwind at the days end.

This is the stylish but no-nonsense bathroom of grandfather Bobby... he like nothing better than an hours soak in this large tub (where he often doses off to sleep). Marble and granite combine in harmony in soft biscuit and honey shades.

Masculine simplicity is the look that was requested.. and this room offer just that...coupled with a peaceful atmosphere and a dapple of soft sunlight.
Verging on rustic this room is undoubtable masculine, whilst mellow in its appearance.
Bathroom
The master bedroom has a compact shower room attached with the same tiles found in the bedroom and units in a rich copper tone finish.
No room for a bath... but there's always a large luxury bath in Grandpas' domain....just need to ask nicely if you fancy a soak in the tub.
Courtyard
Probably everyone's favourite room and a place to come together this sunny room is uplifting with it yellow accents.
The yellow blind when lifted allow a view directly into the nursey....perfect for keeping an eye on sleeping Bertie.
The bespoke bird clock is a favourite feature.
The artwork again of birds adds a large infusion of colour to this mainly white space.

Bobby maybe a grandad ... but he still knows a thing or two about style.
Dark navy walls....accents of teal and shimmering purples.. this guy likes to impress and still entertains the ladies.
A massive tv screen along an entire wall is the place he loves to watch his son play his televised football games. The pair sit long into nights discussing tactics and results.

dim lighting and luxury fabric.. this room illustrates the confidence still pulsing through the veins of this dashing grandfather.

The nursey of baby Bert has been decorated in mainly yellow and blue..... the colours of his fathers football team.
Only a baby this room still has space for extra furnishing as he grows...for now he is protected by his cuddly bears and large long-legged friends
low level angle shows the glass ceiling and simple but attractive furnishings.
Kitchen
The kitchen /dining area follows the colours from the hallway with mint and white offer a cool almost retro feel.
A lover of cactus.....Tara is not green fingered.. but finds these hardy species can survive her lack of care and artworks decorate the walls in celebration.
The small bespoke kitchen is perfect for their needs as this is a couple who generally dine out.
Pretty plates colour matched fit the retro vibe.
some thing reminiscent of a 60s diner ..but still crisp and fresh for todays lifestyle.
Long live the cactus...and a simple way to dress this seating corner.

Hallway
Making a entry with wall to wall menthol greens in this long spacious hallway. A large wardrobe has been upscaled to coordinate.
Accents of teal and navy are used to offset the green and these distinct green wood doors are used throughout the property.
Tiled flooring and high shine acrylic ceiling help bounce the light and mirror the colours.
Glass panelled door casts light and is caught by the high gloss surfaces.
Garage
Every man loves his truck... and in this case why not keep it in your kitchen. This garage conversion doubles up as a versatile space for Grandad Bobby.
A place to cook and a space for his sexy black ''pick up'', this garage with its functional black and white tiles is all the décor this man requires.
ohh but lets not forget Rip and Torn his trusted hounds...waiting to see what their master will rustle up for supper.
