Lowering shed type roof
I have designed a shop with an accessory dwelling on one side, but the shop is 9' taller than the ADU meaning that the roof for the ADU should sit lower on the wall of the shop. When I make the roof for the ADU, Homestyler puts it at the height of the shop wall so it looks like it is floating,and I can't find a way to lower it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Subscriptions charges
I would like to request a refund for the subscription charges from April 14 and May 16. I forgot to cancel my subscription and only recently realized I was still being billed. Anyone here using minimalist rugs in their space
I have been exploring ways to make my home feel more simple and balanced lately. I recently added a minimalist rug to my living room and it made a bigger difference than I expected. The space feels more put together but still calm and open. I am still learning what works best though. Do you prefer plain rugs or ones with very subtle patterns. Cancel my subscription and refund the money
Dear Homestyler Support Team, I hope you are well. I am writing to request a refund for the most recent subscription payment that was charged to my account. The renewal happened only about two hours ago, and it occurred because I forgot to cancel the subscription in time. Since the renewal, I have not used the Pro account at all.
