The project is the reconstruction of part of a house built in 1917 with an area of only about 70 sq.m. The multifunctional project includes an apartment with one bedroom, living room, bathroom, dining area and kitchen, a work area-atelier workshop, as well as a courtyard with a terrace, barbecue area and recreation area. Old walls and furniture were used, and new ones were partially added.
