This designed opted for no windows in the ground floor to make use of the wall space for the facilities needed and ensure a beneficial use of space. Rather, the ceiling is raised almost close to the mezzanine level to give way for a glass wall and skylight to bring sunlight in.
Instead of having a bedroom loft this home has a mezzanine to have a full-sized bedroom and living space that doesn't compromise function and necessities. This also create higher ceiling for the lower level that gives the illusions for a bigger space than its actual foot print.
This house maybe small but has luxurious features. It has a full outdoor lounge with built-in spa pool. A place to unwind while you read a book and have a coffee or have your breakfast or afternoon tea. As well you can enjoy a soak in the spa pool to relax or relieve stress, etc.
The bathroom is complete with toilet vanity and shower. It is screened off with a shower curtain to separate from the wardrobe area. The space is well equipped for proper ventilation with floor convector, exhaust & window along with longer drain plate to ensure that it stay dry.

The main door is directly down by the stairs that leads to the mezzanine level. It is with corrugated glass so it will not make it feel to closed up. The main glass door and the floor to ceiling glass wall with glass sliding door ensures natural light and air flows well into the house.
The mezzanine is subdivided as bedroom and bathroom which are separated with half wall. The bedroom is fully equipped with full-size bed and desk area.
The bedroom design opted for no door, instead its has enough opening and a privacy glass wall next to it to create a sense of much larger opening but private enough not to be seen from the ground floor.
In front of the bathroom is the wardrobe, creating the space as dressing area and just right next to is a floor body size mirror with shelf coat hanger alongside it which provide convenience.
