JANUARY JUVENATION
Look in the dictionary and the definition of Juvenate is to re-energise and for me this totally transmits the essence of January. When looking at the winter landscape it seems to be sleeping.. recharging its batteries for the year ahead. In past years I have tried to escape to a rural cottage to share the quiet drowsiness of each new year. A place to celebrate the stark beauty of our winters and to join mother nature as she replenishes her strength to face the coming year ahead. This little cottage is exactly the type of place I'd choose for my January escape.
