A small one bedroom residential design with rooftop greenhouse.

This house is equipped with solar panels and green house, as energy and self-sufficient home. The green house is situated in the rooftop for a space savvy purpose and great natural light access.
Small living concept without compromising amenities and comfort. This house may not occupy a large floor total area but is complete with all necessary indoor living spaces and as well an outdoor pool area with garden and seating.
The small and and compact structure of this home ensures co-living or more community purpose as it can be constructed in cities, subdivisions or small areas closer to 15 min cities. Its semi-open outdoor areas has privacy but creates enough connection to its neighbour and surroundings.
The solar panel is right above the bedroom and comes along with vegetation that will also help regulate temperature in the bedroom.
The greenhouse has an opening in the centre which is directly above the living room for a better indoor air quality and plants as well reduces heat during hot season.
Bedroom
Creating space to be more connected to nature for better living. The floor to ceiling window brings in natural light and will show the change of time from sunrise to sunset. The garden and geometric wall will filter excess light and glare. Plants will also reduce heat and act as sound barrier.
OtherRoom
The greenhouse for planting vegetables, fruits, flowers or plants that the residents can use for daily living as resources and ornamentation. It has work space and seating that can act as a garden seating area.
LivingDiningRoom
The opening will show the change of sunrise to sunset. A view of the sun as it changes it colours as sun goes down and watching stars is a beautiful view that can be enjoyed within this space which improve our circadian rhythm and along with greeneries indoors makes our abode connected to nature.
Minimal approach on spaces to avoid clutter and have a more harmonious and relaxing space.
Downsizing is interpreted in this design concept by a smart and efficient way of using the spacing that caters to the residents in a smaller footprint but making sure all spaces are used whilst maintaining a spacious living area, comfortable and well-functioning spaces.
The integration of functionality creates a multifunctional space and space savvy area. Creating layers in one space also create new spaces and in results a spacious area that provides all the needed functional sections.
The opening on the living space ceiling, the extended beams from indoor to outdoor area and the floor to ceiling glass wall with a full wall folding door creates the seamless and one flow from inside to outdoor and making the space like an outdoor living room.
This home concept is intended for using sustainable materials, wood, stone, green concrete etc. Using same material on general spaces also results in less of multiple materials and excess.
A smart home for a convenient and healthier living with temperature control, air purification and humidifier, advance appliances etc.
Home becomes a living and working space. After the pandemic, the trend of flexibility in our space was evident and the work spaces become a must have.
