When I create a room I don't always get the option to show or hide the ceiling.
What am I doing wrong? It just seems to be a random thing. Sometimes it is there and sometimes it is not.
You need to be in the Plain view mode (there are Plain/RCP/Elevation modes) - see bottom left of the design view
