Same problem. How does one "transfer their designs to further version"?

is it not possible to recover them at all? @ Homestyler support

Hello, The designs created before 2022 can not be edited or opened anymore for the version upgrade, and we have made announcement during the year 2021 to inform users to transfer their designs to further version. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I have the same problem. I have several designs that I made a long time ago and now I can't recover any of them or continue working on them. That's a lot of lost work hours... Is there still no solution?

I also can't open the design. It says FAILED TO OPEN!!!? It's been 7 days and no response, what should I do?? Do I have to start over every time I log in?
