Lock windows and doors in place?

Is there a way to lock doors and windows in place, just like you can lock the walls or square coloms f.e.?

I found that when remodeling the house, for instance move interior walls sometimes makes the windows move. That makes it very inaccurate. Is there a way to lock the windows and doors in place
