My project won't load!-Perguntas e Respostas-Homestyler Forum

Hi Homestyler community,

I was wondering if anyone can help with a problem I'm having.Last night I was working on a bedroom of a project I've been working on for almost a year now and everything was fine,sadly though when I went to turn on my chromebook this morning I realized I forgot to charge it and the battery died. "No big deal". I charge my chromebook for a good few hours and reload all my tabs.But when I went to go back to my homestyler project it gives my the loading screen with the bouncing icons but it just stays stuck on that screen!

I've tried restarting my chromebook,singing out and signing back in,but nothing seems to work.Like I said I've been working on this project for almost a year and it would crush me to lose all that work!

Any advice/help you all give I will very much appriciate :)

Homestyler does not lload save fillels completely!

Hi. I have this same exact problem all the time. Have you tried signing into Homestyler through your phone or something other than your chromebook yet? If not, then I would try doing that to see if it will load on something other than your chromebook. Also, I would recommend remembering to charge your chromebook so that it doesn't do this again. Also, don't stress, more than likely your project is still there. If it is loading then it is more than likely still there. But, have your tries contacting the Homestyler team to try to resolve the problem? If not, then please do so.
