Can't open ANY design-Perguntas e Respostas-Homestyler Forum

Help! When I want to open and edit one of my designs the following message shows (it says I might check if there's a typo in the link). To me the comma looks weird, so I guess there is a bug with homestyler redirection? It the same with ALL designs. Please help

I figured out how to open my designs: you have to 1) remove that part of the link: &magic=u6tklt3u60yg and 2) copy that part before the "&assetId...": https://editor.homestyler.com/?lang=en_US @ Marcelo Levit

I'm suddlenly having the same problem. It started 20 min ago aproximately. It has to be a server issue from Hometsyler

It seems like you are having trouble opening your designs in Homestyler due to a possible redirection issue. Checking for typos in the link is a good start but if the problem persists across all designs try clearing your browser cache or reaching out to Homestyler support for a resolution.

It is not a cache issue. I have a design open from yesterday. When I copy that Url in a new tab it will open. If I try to open a design on the overview page "My designs" its creating a completely wrong Url structure with commas. So I guess it is a server problem. @ Jack Christopher
