How to lower the top floor ceiling to match gable roof pitch?

Hello, how can I lower the top floor ceiling to uniformly match the pitch of the gable roof below?

The ceiling automatically partitions by individual room areas so it can't be lowered uniformly to match the pitch of the gable roof. I've tried the new roof tutorial without any luck.

Or if you do want to show the ceiling, please set each seperate wall to the ceiling height first, until the ceiling is closed to the walls, then adjust the whole wall height of the upper floor again to the amount you want.
