I'm writing regarding a recent charge of $55.54 CAD for a subscription renewal that I unfortunately forgot to cancel. If you check my account, you’ll see that I haven’t used the service for over a month.
As a student, this unexpected charge is quite difficult for me financially. I understand that the renewal occurred due to my oversight, but I kindly ask if you could consider issuing a refund as a one-time courtesy.
