You're welcome:) And currently this is the only way to change the dimension in 'interior' mode, but you can also quit the 'interior modeling' mode, and chane the scale of the item altogether but not seperately on one direction by this way:

If just want to simply define specific dimension after first general object.
Extrude function is to modify single factor instead of 3 dimension, and it need to calculate. if you want to change 70 to 50. you have to key in 20... this is not very user friendly.
