I paid 400 coins for a template:  Modern House With Swimming Poor And Yard

And I am disappointed that the template was not complete. 

There is no 2nd floor and the outside walls are non existant. I shouldn't see the environment (background) where ther should be a wall. 400 coins and now I have to finish it. So what was the point?
