Big Apartment

My intention here was to design a big, modern and urban apartment, with lots of industrial touches, but still cozy and home-like. The few wood details were suppose to contrast with the concrete floor.

The idea with the floorplan was to integrate kitchen, living and dinning room, creating a flow to the house in a open floor living space, ideal to welcome smll gatherings. The bathroom is and easy access spot, so is the guest room. In the last, more quiet section of the house, is the master bedroom.

MasterBedroom

As the floor in concrete gives a feeling of a cold space, te desertic posters and wood materials contrast with that, creating a perfect atmosphere to relax after a long day.

The corner window is the nicest feature of this room, creating a relaxing, cozy space, with great lighting. Perfect to read a book and have a cup of coffee in the morning.

The painted wall seccionates the room: work and rest space.

LivingDiningRoom

The posters in the walls give life to the whole room. The long shelf with artsy-decor makes the room feel like an art gallery, which adds even more style to the space.

Bathroom

This bathroom serves those who are just visiting and those staying for the night. ++

Who said the guest bathroom was supposed to be boring and small? This one is in the same mood as the rest of the house: stylish and modern.

A wall poster, because who does not like something to stare while bathing?

This open bath creates some kind of intimacy and freedom.

This double sink in marble gives you that sensual atmosphere of a room for two, doesn't?

After a hallway walk in closet, you have a shelf with some comodities leading to the master bathroom.

SecondBedroom

The guest room is also that great concrete-wood mix and serves everything someone stying for the night needs: night table for mobiles, somewhere to store clothes and plants, because why not?
