Outdoor Inspiration

I had a lot of fun creating this design & adding little details here and there to illustrate a bit of a "lived- in" feeling. The shelf behind the couch, in front of that amazing window was the focal point of the rest of the room's inspiration, and snowballed from there. It made it easy to bring about the look of this area, along with that satisfying contrast between dark wood and white materials. I imagined a woman, man or young, successful adult coming home & entering this living room after a long day of work. Accompanied with a long sigh of relief, he, she, them, collapsing on the fine leather of their Chester sofa and absorbing their surroundings with a great deal of admiration and ease. Because, they are there, and they had made that place a home for themselves... aanndd, dont most of us sort of wish we could snap our fingers and just become the spaces we create and the wonderful stories behind their inspiration?! Nevertheless, I hope you enjoy experiencing this design as much as I do! 😊🙏😘🤙
