I cant find much in the way of cabinets for a kitchen sink yet there is a large variety of sinks. Is there a way of editing a cabinet to fit a sink?

I have this problem too. It means then when rendered you can only see the taps since the sink is under the counter

Just a suggestion but maybe if you made it so that when you put a sink in a countertop like that it will remove the part that comes into the sink. @ Homestyler Official
