In the living and dining room they used a touched of red with a touch of emerald green to play each other off against a lot of neutrals and negative space.
The geometric shapes on the fireplace wall is complimented with the geometric shapes of the dining chairs and in the modern paintings on the wall.
In the seating area this gorgeous modern, red couch was chosen to counterpart the antique bones of the painting on the wall. Greenery were use selectively. The ancient brick wall was of the apartment building was kept intact and used to enhance the atmosphere in the space.
The magic of a freestanding bathtub making a statement in the bathroom. No fuss.....minimalist and still inviting.
Although they worked on a minimalist style, they decided to keep the rustic brick walls which was a signature of the ancient bones of the apartment in the old town!
The kitchen was kept uncluttered and minimal......but not without the minimalist way of elegance.
The entry way of this apartment is a room on it's own......and with the elegance of ancient days and the minimal inspiration of modern times.
This is a favorite spot in the apartment. The lovely designer drapes, modern lines of the desk and then again the ancient brick walls and antique mirror to reflect back to you all the angles of the room.

The sleeping part of the bedroom was elevated from the little lounge and bring something so special and luxurious in the space.
