Help needed

How can I lower the floor of one room in the second floor(upstairs)? The floor upstairs is set to the same height in every room and I want one of them to be lower than the others. Even if I make the walls shorter in the lower room the upper room's floor is still at the same height. pls help

I believe I have custom floor but I can't change the measuraments of it

The only way to create the design you want is to use custom floor or custom model to raise up rooms that need to be higher.
