Door Error

Space For You S 9 December

hello,

I have a problem with the door. Maybe someone can help me?

  1. As in the attached photo. How to set the same depth for doors and windows so that such a gap does not form. I know that there are ways to make it look appropriate visually, but in this project the projections, elevation, etc. are also important to me, so I can't afford to mess around.

2. When I upload my own door models (I have tried many), they open from the handle side instead of the hinge side.

This is an aluminum alloy glass door, which has the advantages of being durable, light weight, strong corrosion resistance, and steel doors are also good

Regarding the incorrect door opening direction, please provide specific door model information, and we will be happy to assist. @ Space For You S
I need a glass door. of the models available directly in the program, all of them have such a depth that there is a large difference between doors and windows and gaps remain. For this purpose I tried to load my own door models. I've tried several different ones, but each time they open from the handle side instead of the hinge side. It seems as if the error appears in the place where models are added to the database.

Hello, we suggest you add the door first, then add two windows on each side of the door:) @ Space For You S
I added windows and door directly to the wall without making any holes first.

About your second question, could you please tell us the model ID of this door? It seems like there is a wrong setting on it, we will check the problem:) And we also suggest you temporary replace other types of doors instead:)
