Hello, it is because after you cancel your subscription, your membership is still on active till the end of the current paying month. If you want a refund, you can contact us for it:) And we noticed that you currently have a 'Pro' monthly subscription on active, do you want it to be cancelled and also refunded? @ Marie Břešťáková

Hi, was the money refunded for the cancelled subscription? I have the same problem. I have to call the bank to say it's a scam
