Model unit designed for a small and inviting village located in the countryside. The village is supposedly built for less fortunate people who are deserving of a new life based on their kindness, honesty, tenacity and courage. This home is built with them in mind.

Space Showcase 3 Renders
Ground floor with an open floor plan with the intent to maximize space by prioritizing what is essential in the home. The use of earth tones, combining green and brown makes the space feel homey and inviting.
Kitchen and dining area. Dining table is neatly tucked to the kitchen island to guise as a bar/ breakfast nook. When needed, homeowners can move the dining table and extend in order to seat at 6 people. Designer intended the dining to be designed as such to maximize the small space.
The staircase doubles as a storage area. In a small house, concealed storage spaces are key. The washer and dryer are systematically located underneath the staircase and are accessible inside the bathroom.
