Decorated in mainly white as the base colour this home incorporates magenta in each room, using the impact this strong colour creates to infuse warmth and vibrancy throughout this modern home. Navy has been introduced to balance the magenta and create a striking impact in the hallways and kitchen areas. There is a ground floor covered seating area, plus a first floor terrace off the second bedroom to enjoy the stunning location.

The second bedroom is smaller in dimension than the first but has the advantages of a bigger bathroom with bath and shower, plus that wonderful open air terrace.
The bathroom like every other room uses magenta..... but here in a subtle softer manner.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom complete with sitting area and window seating.
Touches of grey have been interwoven into the colour scheme with the introduction of wallpaper and this shot shows a glimpse into the bathroom and out to the hallway.
The bedrooms are comfortable and in the style of boutique hotel style rooms.
The smaller of the two bathrooms..this compact area still has all the necessities needed and very subtle tinges of magenta.

I love the building you started from. It's really pretty and reminds me of beach villas. The interior is very careful and full of details and textures that, although they go unnoticed, complete and beautify the room. A very nice design dear Karen

Oh Karen! What a gorgeous design! Exterior/ Interior -- all of it-- gorgeous! Such a great shade of magenta and your details as always are perfect - the shutters on the bay windows, the wallpaper in the bedroom, the metal and lucite finishes ... but ... I fell in love with that stunning kitchen!! Such a chic home! I love this!

Wow!! This design knocked me over with it beauty and elegance and sophistication! French Riviera or somewhere very exotic! I loved the building and how all the rooms flowed so easily. I love the elegance of the white and then the subtle introduction of the deep deep magenta to bring that extra wow factor! The garden areas was magnificent and so was the views! Very well done and top notch magazine worthy!
